1. Bookings & Cancellations
All workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your spot in our studio. We understand that plans can change, especially when traveling. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable, as we have already prepared the materials and reserved the instructor's time.
2. Fired Pieces & Shipping
Ceramics is an unpredictable art form. While our master artisans take extreme care in glazing and firing your creations, kiln accidents (such as cracking or glaze running) occasionally happen. In the rare event that a piece breaks during the firing process, we will provide you with a beautifully crafted replacement piece from our studio collection or refund the shipping cost.
International shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks after firing is completed. Customs duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Studio Conduct
We strive to maintain a relaxing, creative, and safe environment for all our guests. We kindly ask that participants listen closely to instructor guidelines regarding the safe handling of tools, clay, and glazes.
